DRIVE SAVVY® AND FLY SAVVY™ REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS (“TERMS”)
By participating in the Drive Savvy® or Fly Savvy™ Rewards Program (the “Drive Savvy® Program”), you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms.
How Fuel Statement Credits Work
Qualifying fuel purchases (“Fuel Purchases”) are fuel purchases made at any participating Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® branded retail location in the United States (“Location”) and charged to any Drive Savvy® Rewards Credit Card Account (“Card Account”) issued by Synchrony Bank (the “Bank”). A fuel statement credit (“Fuel Statement Credit”) is a statement credit accrued on Fuel Purchases made in the current billing cycle. When earned, Fuel Statement Credits will automatically appear on your next monthly billing statement. To earn Fuel Statement Credits, your Card Account must be open, in good standing and not more than 2 payments past due at the close of the billing cycle in which the Fuel Statement Credit is earned. Fuel Statement Credits will be forfeited if your Card Account is delinquent, suspended or closed, whether by you or the Bank.
To earn Fuel Statement Credits, you must meet the eligible spending threshold in any billing cycle. Eligible spending includes net gas purchases (Fuel Purchases minus credits for Fuel Purchases) made on your Card Account at Locations. A minimum of 45 gallons and up to a maximum of 110 gallons of Fuel Purchases can earn Fuel Statement Credits in any billing cycle. Up to a maximum of $99.00 in Fuel Statement Credits per Card Account may be earned in a 12-Month period (including Fuel Statement Credits earned during any special promotion or in the introductory period 90-day period). For the purpose of calculating Drive Savvy® Rewards, the 12-Month period will be measured each year starting with your December billing cycle date. If you reach the $99.00 maximum during the 12-Month period following your December billing cycle date, no further Fuel Statement Credits will be earned until the next 12-Month period starts.
Promotional Fuel Statement Credits
Introductory Fuel Statement Credit offers are available for new Card Accounts. The amount of additional Fuel Statement Credits and the duration of the introductory period may vary. Details of the current introductory offer may be posted at participating Phillips 66®, Conoco® and 76® branded retail locations. After the introductory period ends, you will continue to earn everyday Fuel Statement Credits in accordance with these Terms.
